Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in Pateros, Philippines, right at the Pasig-Taguig border.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet, but we do have a showroom for Buddy Duggy Strollers! You can see them in person, take them for a test roll, and bring one home the same day.
Where else can I find your items?
Our products are available in 70 retail stores, including Pet Express, Pet Buddy, Landers Superstore, SM Groceries, and Pet Kingdom.
How can I place an order?
You can order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. We also accept orders via our Instagram page @treatosbyjoeyph!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal and Paymongo.
Paymongo supports Gcash, BPI Online, Credit/Debit Card and Maya payment.
When will my order be ready?
We pack fast! Your orders are ready within an hour. You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
How do I get my order?
You can book a same-day courier (Grab, Lalamove) for Metro Manila or GoGo Express for provincial shipping. Booking and delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Philippines, but we are working on expanding internationally.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on treats. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before checking out.
